The Excellence of Praying the Nafl (voluntary) prayer at home:

It is narrated from suhayb that the Prophet (sallahAllaahu alayhi wasallam) said, “A man’s voluntary prayer where the people don’t see him is twenty five times more than where the people see him.” [1]

The Prophet (sallahAllaahu alayhi wasallam) said, “The excellence of a man’s prayer in his house over the prayer where people see him, is like the excellence of the obligatory prayer over the voluntary” [2]

2.narrated by al-bayhaqee, and al-mundhiree said it’s chain is good, and it is in saheeh targheeb
