Excellence Of The Adkhaar After The Prayer

The Prophet (sallahAllaahu alayhi wasallam) said,

“The one who says after every (obligatory prayer)

SubhanaAllaah سُبْحَانَ اللهِ 33 times,

Alhamdulillah الْحَمْدُ للهِ 33 times,

Allaah Akbar اللهُ أَكْبَرُ 33 times;

those are 99, and he completes the 100 by saying 

لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لاَ شَرِيْكَ لَهُ لَهُ الْمُلك وَلَهُ  الْحَمْد وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيء قَدِير 

Laa ilaaha illaAllaahu wahdahu la sharika lahu lahul mulku walahul-hamdu wa huwa ‘ala kulli shayin qadeer:

his sins will be forgiven even if they are as much as the scum of the sea.” [1]
